Suguri is a game about a girl named Suguri.
Suguri was given the power of flight by her father.
One day, while she was flying, she saw strange shadows in the sky.
As she went to investigate, it turned out to be more trouble than she ever could have imagined.
It's a danmaku shooting game with a weapon selection system.
With over a dozen unlockable weapons and 7 stages, it's a small game but quite worthwhile.
It was fairly popular for a doujin game in Japan, prompting a sequel, Acceleration of Suguri.
A 100% complete translation patch was released yesterday, May 8th, 2008.
Romhacking.net Suguri PageSuguri Full Download (Prepatched)Give it a try! C'mon, c'mon!
I really suggest using a gamepad, but the keyboard controls are:
Directions - Movement/Cursor Movement
Z - Weapon A/Select
X - Weapon B/Cancel/Skip Text
C - Dash
V - Hyper Attack
A - Lock On (Nearest)
S - Lock On (Farthest)
F2 - Pause
Space - Screenshot
ESC - Exit

Pinned: Suguri
One of the hardest games I've played.

http://osu.ppy.sh/It's a rhymth game, based off Elite Beat Agents on the DS. It's for PC (Obviously) and just uses the mouse. All the songs (Beatmaps) are user-created, and there's a pretty huge variety of submitted songs, and most of them are really good. I've been having fun with this for the past day or two. Most of the songs lean towards video game/anime inspired, but there's a fair chunk of pop music and other stuff too.
You download the game, and all the beatmaps off the main site. Give it a try. You can take a look at people's scores and such by searching their username, and set people as Friends (or Foes >_>). You can also see which beatmaps they've been playing most often, and how they rated them, if you're looking for something new to play. LaniReaper is my username, and I'm fairly bad at it.

....since i got it for the PC last week or so, I've been playing it quite a bit. I have the orange box for the 360, but that just didn't do it for me. Controllers+FPS rarely do. Anyone else play quite a bit? Personally, I'm a career heavy!

Well, here it is, almost a week after the release day for D&D 4.0., but I wanted to know, what's the aRO Forum's opinion of the game insofar, even if you're just seeing them today, or if you've had em for weeks what with the leak that was had a while back?
Personally, i rather like it, mainly because it does a very good job of streamlining and balancing all character classes. The system feels intuitive and is good for what it does. I personally think it's a pretty good step forward for the face of table-top gaming.
That being said, you really do lose out on some of the "classic" D&D feel with the system, but it doesn't feel completley removed from its origins to me. Moreso just a modernized version. Also, character building doesn't feel as open-ended as it did in 3.x to me (then again, 2nd ed didn't have that open of a character scheme either, so really this just takes away from 3-4 and kinda moves back to 2, IMO.)
Thoughts, opinions, comments, hate, praise or am I the only one around here who cares?

Yup.Anyone else play with it yet? I haven't, but I've seen it played with. It's pretty awesome. And I've only seen the demo. Also, I've been checking out creations on youtube on the spore channel.

So, what is your strategy when it comes to making a party for pokemon? I was having a discussion with Eerongal about it, and given the amount of choices there are neither of us were 100% sure.
We did both have one common goal however, and that is that we would have at least one pokemon that can take or shrug off massive amounts of damage for turtling purposes.
If you look at my pokemon trainer card I have in my signature, that is mostly what my party is at this time. Solamance, Tyranitar, Garchomp, Gallade, Lucario and a Dusknoir, though I am considering changing the latter out for a Bronzong. Not sure.
There's so many angles, what is the right one mm? Another option I considered is thinking about a party I think is "just right" and then making a party specifically to counter that. Because if I just use the first thoughts that pop into my head as "lol l33t!" for a party, chances are other people will do something similar and if I have a party built to counter the popular...
There's a lot more depth and strategy to this than I could have figured, but it's a tough choice.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

I know I've been cheering on
Mythos as being "Diablo 3", but now the real thing is
official, and it looks incredible. The gameplay video is an absolute must-see.
Oh, and here's a mop and bucket. Methinks there might be a lot of drooling in here.

So, another Mario Kart has let out and it's now on the Wii!
I'm excited about it...but it's really tough to get. I've been calling Target and some guy keeps saying "...No...We don't have any in..." and it has been like that for the past couple of days.
Anyway, in this new Mario Kart, it's basically the same thing as the original N64 version, except now you can : Ride Motorbikes, Play Online(with tons of features), Drive with an actual steering wheel(which is going to make you suck), and even play as your created Mii!
It's going to be great....but people have said things about it that I'm not sure is true or not.
This one guy on Youtube -www.youtube.com/sxephil-, says that "other than the Wii Online gaming i have previously played, Mario Kart Wii DOES NOT LAG, REGARDLESS OF MODE(random people or friends).
Lie? I'm not sure yet.
Tell me what you guys think about this new Mario Kart.

Trailer goes BOOMDo want. I look at
this page and the mind reels with possibilities. I doubt all of those cards are playable fighters, but oooh, if only they were. Although then I'd possibly never get past the Character Select screen.

Just looking at that list and seeing how many of these characters I know entertains me.

If it already exsists, I was unaware.

www.r4ds.com if you don't know what the hell I'm talking about.
It needs a little altering to
A)
Fill out the selection boxB) Look less interlaced for the logo (I thought it looked neat)
C) ?????
D) Skins for the navigation screen.
Also: PM me for the bitmaps. Photobucket keeps converting them to superlossy jpg.

Boot Fighter - Windom XP SP2
DownloadA neat mecha fighting game kind of similar to Virtual ON.
It has several mechs with very different fighting styles.
You can also fully customize your pilots.
It has built-in server-based netplay with up to 10 players.
I'd love to play it with you guys sometime.
It's even possible to have Player vs AI team matches in netplay.
I've got a server up at sarachan.dyndns.org today.
It might be laggy until about 5 or 6 PM EST, though.

I'm the Mekuri Master, the Skirt-Flip King. The name isn't their idea... It's mine. I'm a man who was born to lift skirts. You think any so-called "rules" are gonna stop me? When classes get out, I race through the corridors like a fearsome wind, flipping, flipping, flipping up girls' skirts and letting the whole world know that I am the Mekuri Master!

Star Magician from golden sun: the lost age. I have faught him 15 times and I still havent beat him. here is what he does he has 4 support balls with him. There names are
Guardian ball, Anger ball, Refresh ball, and Thunder ball, and they are each of there respective elements wind, water, earth, and fire. Not only can he attack twice in a battle but the anger and thunder ball attack you as well and they do the strongest magic in the game and the guardian ball casts a protective aura and the refresh ball casts earnest ply which heals over 1k hp at a time and the boss has 7500hp. Oh yeah and lets not let me forget that he can summon those balls again after you kill them its a random one each time I remember one time he summond 4 refresh balls at once. btw he is weak to fire I'm set up to do 4 fire summons but the problem is he kills me before I can summon them all. Try beating that I dare you people to beat this one with one of yours.
